Business Analysis Case Study
Every programme and project requires a firm Business Case to justify its funding and investment.

each project was conducted under the control of PRINCE2®.
scoll methods was asked to provide Business Analysis services to develop process models. During the programme additional opportunities for electronic and joined up government were identified.
