Leading Successful Projects is a 2-day, non-residential course, dealing mainly with the interpersonal skills relevant to Project Management.

70% of the probability of your project being successful is determined during the planning phase so you will explore the critical success factors and 'soft skills' that will equip you for running projects and delivering the planned success.
