What is ITIL®?

OGC's IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) id the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world.

At an appropriate level the course covers all of ITIL® v3 Lifecycle, including Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Continual Service Improvement.

SCOLL Methods can offer you training in ITIL and help you towards achieving the internationally recognised ISEB Foundation Certificate in ITIL®. You can attend one of our public courses, or we can arrange an in-house course for your organisation based on one of our standard courses, or a tailored course to suit your business training requirements.

The 3 day ITIL® Foundaion course provides you with an excellent introduction to the latest version (version 3) of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®)

The ISEB Foundation exam in ITIL® will count for 2 credits and is a pre-requisite of higher level courses.
