5-day course covering the syllabi for Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner levels and prepares you for the 3 exams. Provides detailed knowledge and practical examples for your application of the MSP™ Programme Management method.
2.5 days course covering the syllabus and exam for Foundation level and provides the knowledge with practical worked examples of the key documents fundamental to programme management.
1.5 days course consolidating knowledge of the key programme documents and adding to the experience gained in the MSP™ Foundation course. It takes you up to the level required to sit the Practitioner level exam. You must have passed the MSP™ Foundation exam with a 60% mark to attend this course.
0.5 days seminar providing you with an introduction to the main principles behind the OGC's Managing Successful Programmes method (MSP™). Designed for senior managers likely to be members of a Programme Board.
