Microsoft Project is a 2-day course which teaches and demonstrates the power and versatility of Microsoft Project as a tool for Project Coordinators, Planners and Managers. On completion of this course you will be able to create Gantt charts, prepare project plans, create meaningful schedules, run basic reports and track progress against a project plan.
We help you to apply Microsoft Project to your projects during the course helping you gain practical skills by using its functionality to help plan real-world scenarios.
A key feature of this course is the hands-on exercises. These exercises help build confidence, consolidate understanding and reinforce learning. Delegates may also try out ideas based on their own projects.
The course provides practical instruction and guidance on how to set up Microsoft Project for your own environment.
Class sizes are kept to 8 students to facilitate lecturer/student interaction and class discussion.
