The course will explain how to improve initiative prioritisation and therefore management of your organisation's corporate portfolio.

The course covers the syllabus for the MoP Foundation exam. This optional multiple choice exam, consisting of 50 questions and lasting 40 minutes (pass mark is 50% or 25 correct answers), can be taken at the end of the course.

This course has been accredited by the APMG who are the examining body for MoP and responsible for all aspects of the provision of exams including setting, marking, feedback and appeals.
