MpP Foundation is a 3-day non-residential course, which will provide you with sufficient knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of the OGC's Portfolio Management guidance - Management of Portfolios (MoP) - to successfully introduce or re-energise portfolio management approaches, or to act as a Portfolio Director, Portfolio Manager or member of a Portfolio Committee. The course will explain how to improve initiative prioritisation and therefore management of your organisation's corporate portfolio.
The course covers the syllabus for the MoP Foundation exam. This optional multiple choice exam, consisting of 50 questions and lasting 40 minutes (pass mark is 50% or 25 correct answers), can be taken at the end of the course.
This course has been accredited by the APMG who are the examining body for MoP and responsible for all aspects of the provision of exams including setting, marking, feedback and appeals. Scoll Methods, as an accredited training organisation, acts as their agent in providing administrative facilities.
