Course Overview
PRINCE2 Overview is an OGC/APMG accredited 1-day non-residential course which will provide you with a basic understanding of the 'PRojects IN Controlled Environments' (PRINCE) project management method, what it offers and how it can benefit your projects and organisations. The focus is primarily on the content and approach of PRINCE2, but the course also addresses the application of the method in a way that benefits and minimises project overheads. Class sizes are kept small to facilitate trainer–student interaction and class discussion, and to avoid you feeling lost in a large crowd.
There are no exams associated with this course.
The course fees include lunch, refreshments and course materials
