What is PRINCE2 Project Management?

As we all deal with an increasing amount of change, we need a flexible approach to effectively manage our business transformations, and Scoll can help you understand and implement the PRINCE2 method through public training courses, in-house standard or tailored training courses, one-to-one coaching, mentoring or consultancy services.

Standard Accredited PRINCE2 courses are detailed below:

Click on any of the following course headings for further information. Please note that all Foundation, Practitioner and Conversion (upgrade of Foundation to Practitioner) courses will be based on the 2009 version of PRINCE2. Should you wish an in-house Practitioner or Foundation course for a group of delegates based on the 2005 version of PRINCE2, we would be happy to help.

If you wish to learn more about the 2009 version of the PRINCE2 Project Management method, view our 30-minute Introduction to PRINCE2.
