Course Overview
PRINCE2® Overview is an OGC/APMG accredited 1-day non-residential course which will provide you with a basic understanding of the 'PRojects IN Controlled Environments' (PRINCE®) project management method, what it offers and how it can benefit your projects and organisations. The focus is primarily on the content and approach of PRINCE2®, but the course also addresses the application of the method in a way that benefits and minimises project overheads. Class sizes are kept small to facilitate trainer–student interaction and class discussion, and to avoid you feeling lost in a large crowd.
There are no exams associated with this course.
