1. Public Training Courses
1.1 Bookings and Payment
- Choose your preferred course date from our Course Schedule. (All course fees published are exclusive of Value Added Tax which should be added to the amount shown at the ruling rate at the time of booking the course. Fees quoted are per delegate and payable in advance.)
- Either make a provisional booking online using our Delegate Booking Form or Enquiry Form (there are preferential rates for online bookings). Or make a provisional booking by fax, telephone or email (for our contact details, click here).
- If making an online booking, your payment must be made by creadit/debit card. alternatively you can send us your complete booking form with either a cheque (made payable to 'Scoll Methods Ltd') or purchase order confirming your booking to: Scoll Methods Ltd, AGF House, 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, WD18 0GX. We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, SOLO, SWITCH, DELTA, Maestro.

- A booking remains provisional until payment arrangements have been exchanged. Once the payment has been received, Scoll Methods Ltd will email acceptance and booking confirmation along with your receipt the next UK working day. No course materials will be issued until payments has been received.
- Any pre-reading, joining instructions and/or course manuals will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to the course.
1.2 Cancellations and transfers
Cancellations and transfers will only be accepted if confirmed in writing and received at least 10 UK working days prior to the start date of a course. Cancellations and transfers within 10 UK working days of the start date of a course will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
1.3 Course Changes
In line with its ethos of continuous improvement and learning, Scoll Methods Ltd reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses for the benefit of its customers without notice to the customer.
The location and date of the course will be as advised to the customer at the time of booking. Scoll Methods Ltd reserves the right to change the location of the course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known.
Scoll Methods Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known. Scoll Methods Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. When this is unavoidable Scoll Methods Ltd will refund in full all monies paid by the customer, or at the customer's option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative course.
1.4 Deferred Practitioner Examinations
Practitioner exmination bookings can be deferred for up to one month after the course at no extra fee.
1.5 On-line/E-learning Foundation-only course
If you seek to reschedule a Foundation examination within 10 UK working days prior to the date you requested for the examination you will incur a 100% examination charge when you schedule a new examination date.
1.6 On-line/E-learning Foundation and Conversion Blended Learning
See '1.2 Cancellation and transfers' above regarding the terms and conditions attached to any changes requested to reschedule a Conversion Practitioner course with Foundation and Practitioner examinations scheduled to take place after you have completed the on-line Foundation component of your training.
2. In-house Training Courses
2.1 Choose your course
Choose your preferred course from our Classroom Training page. If you would like us to tailor a course or would like a standard course run at your own premises, discuss your requirements with us and we will provide you with a proposal (click here for details on how to contact us). This will include all arrangments for confirming, booking and running your course.
2.2 Bookings and Payment

- Scoll will issue an invoice after each course. Payment is due within 30 calendar days.

3. Consultancy Services
3.1 Your Requirements
If you are considering the use of a Scoll consultant, you may find it helpful to review details of our consultancy services. If you would like to discuss your requirements with us or ask us to provide you with a proposal, click here for details on how to contact us. Any proposal we provide will include all suggested arrangments for delivering and billing for your consultancy assignment.
3.2 Payment
- A consultancy assignment remains provisional until payment arrangements have been exchanged.
- Scoll issues invoices at the end of each month or at the end of your assignment (as agreed in the consultancy contract). Payment is due within 30 calendar days.
4. Warranty and Liability
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the requirements of the delegate attending a particular course and that the delegate has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the course.
Scoll Methods Ltd's liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Scoll Methods Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
Scoll Methods Ltd will be responsible for death and injury resulting from Scoll Methods Ltd's negligence when carrying out courses.
5. Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Scoll Methods Ltd or, in the case of a course developed by a Partner of Scoll Methods Ltd, the Partner's organisation. You undertake that you will not copy or permit the photocopying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running your own courses.
