From the M25 & M1: 10-minute Drive

Leave The M25 at junction 21a for the M1 south to London.
Leave the M1 at Junction 5
Follow the signs for Watford Town Centre via the A4008, Stevenson Way.
Remain in the left-hand lane and take the left-hand filter lane past the roundabout.
Move into the right-hand lane.
At the next roundabout turn right and go up the hill.
At the traffic lights turn left onto the inner ring road.
Proceed through three further sets of traffic lights.
As the road bends round to the right, move into the left-hand lane for the A412 Rickmansworth and Garston.
As you continue over the flyover, take the left-hand fork down the hill towards the A412.
At the next roundabout turn left onto the A412 Rickmansworth Road.
Remain in the left-hand lane along the Rickmansworth Road.
Take the first left into Rosslyn Road (also marked to Gade car park).
Park on level 3 and above of Gade car park on the left (about 100 yards before the end of Rosslyn Road).
Walk back up Rosslyn Road to the A412 Rickmansworth Road. AGF House is on the corner of the intersection of both roads. Enter via the entrance on the A412 Rickmansworth Road.

Leave The M25 at junction 21a for the M1 south to London
Leave the M1 at Junction 5
Follow the signs for Watford Town Centre
Take the A4008, Stevenson Way
Remain on the right hand lane down the dual-carriage way until you reach the roundabout
At the Roundabout turn right
At the next roundabout turn left
At the next roundabout turn right and go up the hill
At the next roundabout go straight across and under the railway bridge
At the next roundabout turn right into Woodford Road
Remain in the left hand lane along Woodford road
At the end turn left into Clarendon Road
The Regus building can be seen on the left hand side

There is limited visitor parking on-site, which you are welcome to see if there is space on the day. Otherwise there are numerous car parks nearby, the closest being Watford Junction Station Car Park and Sutton Car Park, which are approximately a 5 minute walk away.

By Road

Please note that the main entrance to Regus Victoria is in Bressenden Place.

FROM M4/M3/M25

Follow A4 into central London.
At Hyde Park Corner, turn right into Grosvenor Place and follow signs to Victoria.
At traffic lights, go straight ahead into Bressenden Place and Portland House is situated on your left hand side.
Car park situated off Victoria Street (turn right by Army & Navy Dept. Store)

By Public Transport

5 minute walk from Victoria Railway Station (It is the tallest building you see when you leave Victoria station)
