Course Outline

MSP Seminar is a ½ -day, non-residential, introductory course on the OGC’s Managing Successful Programme method (MSP). You will gain an understanding of the main principles behind the method, and you will be invited to consider why organisations might adopt programme management and what benefits would accrue.
