MSP™ Foundation
Course Outline
MSP™ Foundation is a 2.5-day non-residential course, which will provide you with sufficient knowledge and experience in the processes and principles of the OGC's 2007 update to the Programme Management methodology - Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™), to work with a Programme Manager for a programme with a coherent project dossier or to act as a member of a Programme Office.
The course covers the syllabus for the MSP™ Foundation exam. This optional multiple choice exam, consisting of 50 questions and lasting 40 minutes, can be taken at the end of the course.
This course has been accredited by the APMG who are the examining body for MSP™ and responsible for all aspects of the provision of exams including setting, marking, feedback and appeals. Scoll Methods, as an accredited training organisation, acts as their agent in providing administrative facilities.
