Preparation Options
The PRINCE2™ Examination Board has determined that all PRINCE2™ Practitioners should be re-registered within 3-5 years of their original certification. This re-registration comprises a 1-hour examination set at the same standard as the Practitioner exam.
Course Overview
PRINCE2™ Conversion is an OGC / APMG accredited, 2-day non-residential course which follows on from the 3-day PRINCE2™ Foundation course.
This course builds upon your understanding of the Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE®) project management method so that you are able to run projects using this method and will be prepared to sit the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Re-Registration exam. (If you wish to learn more about the PRINCE2™ Project Management method, view our 30-minute Introduction to PRINCE2™.)
Emphasis is placed on live case study examples to show the benefits of a structured method for the management of projects, so you gain practical skills by using the techniques to handle real issues. Class sizes are kept small to facilitate lecturer – student interaction and class discussion.
The course fees include lunch, refreshments and course materials, but please remember to bring your own PRINCE2™ manual to the course– ‘Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2™’.
