Change Management training

I needed to compete more effectivley, so I made my managers take P3O training. I own a large business and I’ve been looking into areas that I could improve the efficiency of my workforce. A friend of mine mentioned P3O training, and I’ve been investigating it for several days. It’s a course for training your managers to handle things more dynamically. It includes business analysis training, and change management training, among other things. Managers who complete the course are fully prepared for any kind of changing situation they may encounter. I’ve always had a simple philosophy as a businessman, and I’ve always used on-the-job training to prepare my managers. Recently I’ve been out-classed by companies that use these newer business analysis training systems, like the P3O training. It’s pretty easy to see that their workers are doing a better job than mine, and it’s time for me to wise-up. I recently had a situation where a sophisticated change management training system could have made my managers much more effective, and it really opened my eyes. From now own, P3O training is going to be mandatory for all my management personnel. I don’t want anybody running anything if they aren’t fully equipped with the latest business analysis training, and change management training. We can’t afford to let these newer firms take away any more of our business. I should have taken these steps years ago, and now I’m fully prepared to make up for my mistakes.
